We Need Everyone’s Help to Get New Beds & Bedding for the Expanding Shelter
Our child protection center Miale ya Tumaini is moving to a beautiful new campus where we will increase the number of children and youth we serve with space for 150 new beds! We will continue to provide community feeding as well as transitional and rescue shelter at the current location.
The new space is almost ready, but we need your help to purchase the new beds, mattresses and linens. We are asking all Kenya Works friends to join the effort and mobilize your networks so we can move kids in quickly!
All it takes is a click to join the campaign. You can help with a donation. You can help by sharing the campaign to your social networks. You can help by sharing posts and stories from our social feeds!
You can also create your own fundraiser. We know many of you have visited the shelter on your Kenya travels. By clicking the “I want to fundraise for this” button on the campaign page, you can add to the campaign with your personal photos and experiences.
All help is appreciated getting the word out and helping us friend-fund the beds and linens purchases. Together, we can tuck our friends into their new home in the next month!
